Well, it has been about two weeks since I wrote and I have been all over the place. I went to Stonehenge which was pretty amazing. You always hear about it, and can't really imagine what it is like. Although I did enjoy this little town that we went to before Stonehenge a little bit more. It was Avebury and it also had some rocks that were placed in a circle. It was a mile around, so there are still celebrations that go on there today during the year. People come there to feel better; there is apparently a magnetic force that makes you feel better, that's one of the theories at least. It was not commercialized at all like Stonehenge is and it was more mystical. And Avebury had a cute little town.

On Monday, I went to a Stop the War Coalition Protest in London. We took a long bus ride there and when we first got there the march we planned on doing was banned. But the police decided to let us do it. So we rallied in Trafalgar Square where a lot of political activists spoke and then we marched to Parliament. The march was lined with police officers. We had picket signs and were chanting and singing the whole way to Parliament. It was the first day back in Parliament after about 3 months holiday. It was very exciting and an amazing experience!

Wednesday night, there was a social for the lacrosse team and it was themed, "pink night". You had to wear all pink; both the guys and the girls team went. It was pretty intense. I don't have any good pictures yet, but once I do, I'll be sure to put them up here!

This past Saturday, I went to Bath on a day trip. Which so far, has been my favorite place that I have visited. It was such a cute little town, compact and so historical but with a modern twist. It reminded me of Florence so much and that was my favorite city in Italy that I have visited. I spent most of the day walking around with a couple of girls going to some little shops and the street vendors. It was an excellent day!

When we got back from Bath, a couple girls and I hung out and did some baking and wine tasting. It was probably my favorite day/night combination here in Swansea. One of the girls I met is from Albany, and she works in Troy on Congress st. which is so close to where I live in Troy. It is so nice to talk about places that I know, it makes me feel like I'm home. And strangely enough, it makes me miss Troy!

From left it is Kaitlin, Me, Stephanie and Rebecca!

Last night we just hung out and made dinner, Quesadillas! Delicious. This week, I have a lacrosse game on Wednesday and a Lacrosse Tournament in Bath on Saturday. It should be good.

Next Wednesday, Melanie and I are meeting in London and flying to Copenhagen for a few days! I cannot wait!
